Marine Black Soapstone

Marine Soapstone is a very distinctive and luxury natural stone quarried in Brazil. The velvety grey texture of its base is accentuated by occasional white veins and hues of multiple grey tones. The consistent color tone of its surface can go very well with white furnishing and white natural stone creating a contrasting effect; for a more rustic look it can be combined with dark brown and amber colored furnishing. Its velvety matte texture primarily comes from talc which is one of the primary mineral compositions of soapstone.
